Laboratory we acknowledge the importance good
service holds when providing medical assistance
in patients’ treatment. The operational
procedures reflect our commitment with health,
and above all, results.

Premises |
Ample
and modern facilities located at
6th Avenue 7-90 Zone 10 (in
front of Hospital Herrera Llerandi). Parking is free.
Ample and comfortable waiting room with a TV and play
stations for children.
Comfortable private cubicles for sample taking.

Attention schedule |
24
hours a day all year long, at the following locations:
From 07:00 to 19:00, at the Laboratory, and from 19:00 a
07:00, at the Hospital’s Emergency.

Materials |
Disposable material is used in all areas.
|
|
Processing |
Tests
are processed immediately, allowing to send results
quickly. In very special cases that require procedures
not performed yet in
Guatemala, there are strategic
alliances with laboratories in the USA.

Results |
All
results can be sent automatically via email or faxed to
the doctor or patient as required. Results can be
delivered to doctors at a clinic near the Laboratory (Zones
9,10,13,14 y 15).

Quality |
All
processing areas are under the supervision of five
specialized professional Chemist-Biologists 24 hours a
day.
